With this handmade wall lamp you bring a unique piece of nature into your home. The lamp is made entirely of real natural stone, so no two pieces are exactly the same. The subtle, rough texture gives it a lived-in, luxurious look. The built-in LED (2700K) casts a warm, indirect light along the wall: calm, atmospheric and never dazzling.

✦ Handmade to order. Your lamp is assembled by hand after you order. Allow four to six weeks; we keep you informed along the way.
✦ Free delivery within the Netherlands. Within 50 km of Arnhem our own team delivers and installs for orders from €500, by arrangement. To Belgium we charge €15, to Germany and France €50 and to the rest of Europe €100, always shipped insured.
✦ Made for you, so no returns. Because every exclusive lamp is made especially for your order, it falls outside the 60-day cooling-off period, and the order cannot be cancelled once production has started. If anything is damaged or not right, we will of course put it right.
✦ Certificate of authenticity. Every exclusive lamp comes with a certificate, signed at handover.

✦ Can this lamp be adapted to my space? Almost anything is possible. Every fixture is made for your interior in three steps: a personal design, production for your order, and delivery.
✦ Do I need to order light sources separately? No, the lamp is complete. The light sources are included, so you have that warm atmosphere straight away.
✦ Can I make the light softer in the evening? Yes, fully and smoothly. Flicker-free electronics, even at the lowest setting. Bright during the day, subdued in the evening.
✦ Will you hang the lamp for me? For orders from €500 within 50 km of Arnhem we do it ourselves: we deliver, hang it on an existing light point up to about 3.5 metres high, test the lamp with you and take all the packaging away. If you live further away or your order is below that amount, we ship insured and discuss in advance what is possible for installation.
✦ How do I know it will hang at the right height? To the centimetre. If we install it, we adjust the length on site to your room and furniture. If you do it yourself, we work it out with you in advance, and the cable is easy to shorten.
✦ What if the lamp arrives damaged? If we deliver it ourselves, we unpack on site and take the fixture straight back if there is any damage. If the lamp is shipped, report it within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a new one free of charge.
✦ And if it is not what I had in mind after all? We prevent that in advance. We call you within 24 hours of your order to confirm every detail, and production only starts after your approval. Because every piece is made especially for you, returns are not possible for made-to-measure items. That is why we take the time to get it right first time.

Nadir or Abdel calls you about size, colour and the spot in your room. If you are unsure, we think along with you or adapt it.

The right size decides whether it works
A lamp that is twenty centimetres too small disappears above your table. Twenty too big and the room feels full. We work it out with you in advance, based on your table size, ceiling height and where the light point is.

What we look for before a fixture is hung in your home
Four things decide whether a lamp still feels right after ten years.
Finish and inspection
Checked before it leaves. Seams, colour and sheen are checked piece by piece, not by random sampling.

What if it is not what I had in mind?
We prevent that in advance. In the conversation within 24 hours of your order, we go through size, colour and the spot in your room with you. Feel free to send photos of your room via WhatsApp; we work it out with you. Production only starts once you are sure.
Can I see the lamp in real life first?
Yes. In our showroom on the Leemansweg in Arnhem you can see the collection lit and feel the materials and colour samples from our materials case. Even if you do not want to order anything yet.
Can I have the size or colour adjusted?
Often, yes. Our lamps can be adapted in size and colour. What that means for price and delivery time depends on the material and the size; we discuss it with you in advance, so you are never faced with a surprise.

How do I pay?
You pay in the webshop with the usual payment methods, or in instalments or afterwards with Klarna.
For a fully made-to-measure design we work with 50% in advance and 50% after handover.
What does the ten-year warranty cover?
Ten years on the whole lamp, not just the construction. If anything goes wrong within that time, we fix it free of charge, with our own service at your home.
When will the lamp be hanging in my home?
Allow four to six weeks after your approval. At the top of this page you can see the expected period; in the conversation after your order we tell you what to expect, and we keep you informed along the way.

You speak to the people behind the lamp
Nadir and Abdel founded Best in Light in 2023. If you order a fixture from the exclusive collection, one of them will call you personally within 24 hours about size, colour and hanging situation. Only then does the lamp go into production.
