✦ Handgemaakt op bestelling. Uw lamp wordt na uw bestelling met de hand in elkaar gezet. Reken op vier tot zes weken; wij houden u onderweg op de hoogte.
✦ Gratis bezorging binnen Nederland. Binnen 50 km rond Arnhem bezorgt en monteert ons eigen team, in overleg. Naar België, Duitsland en Frankrijk rekenen wij €15, verzekerd verzonden. Buiten deze landen verzenden wij niet.
✦ Voor u gemaakt, dus geen retour. Omdat elke exclusieve lamp speciaal voor uw bestelling wordt gemaakt, valt hij buiten de 60 dagen bedenktijd en kan de bestelling niet worden geannuleerd zodra de productie is gestart. Is er iets beschadigd of niet in orde, dan lossen wij dat uiteraard op.
