Our customer service is available Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 17:00 (Dutch time). We are closed Friday to Sunday; anything that comes in on those days is the first thing we answer on Monday morning.

The showroom has its own opening hours. You will find them further down, under the question about visiting.

If the lamp is in stock and you order on a working day before 17:00, it leaves our warehouse the same day. In the Netherlands you usually have it the next working day; to other countries it takes a few days longer.

Our exclusive line and made-to-measure pieces are made to order: allow four to six weeks.

That depends on whether we already know when the next shipment arrives.

If the lamp shows an expected delivery date, you can simply order. Your piece is then put in your name and goes to you first once the shipment arrives, even before the lamp is back online for others.

If there is no date yet, or you would rather not pay yet, leave your email address on the product page. We will let you know as soon as the lamp is back. It costs nothing and you are not committed to anything.

If you order something that is in stock together with a reserved lamp, we send the stock part straight away and the rest as soon as it arrives, at no extra shipping cost.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. To Belgium we charge €15, to Germany and France €30 and to the rest of Europe €50. You will see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.

Our exclusive line has its own rates: €15 to Belgium, €50 to Germany and France and €100 to the rest of Europe, always shipped insured.

With our exclusive line and made-to-measure pieces you get something extra instead: within 50 km of Arnhem and from €500, our own fitters hang the lamp for you.

To the whole of Europe: the entire European Union and also, among others, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

Installation by our own team is available for exclusive and made-to-measure lamps, for orders from €500 and within 50 km of Arnhem.

Right after your order you receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you receive a second message with a PostNL Track & Trace code so you can follow the shipment.

Sixty days: more than four times what the law requires. You only really judge a lamp once it is hanging and you have seen it lit in the evening, and we want to give you the time for that.

This cooling-off period does not apply to made-to-measure pieces or our exclusive line: a lamp made especially for you is legally exempt. That is why you first receive a sketch, then a design and finally photos from the workshop for your approval.

Just let us know via the form below or give us a call. We will send you the instructions and the return address.

You may unpack the lamp and hang it up to try it. Then return it complete and in the same condition, with all parts included. The cost of returning it is yours, unless the lamp is damaged or we sent the wrong item. In that case we arrange and pay for it.

As soon as the lamp has arrived back with us and been checked, we confirm this by email and refund the amount via the payment method you used.

On our stock lamps we give five years' warranty on the whole lamp, on top of your statutory rights. On the exclusive line and made-to-measure pieces this goes up to ten years.

They hang lit in our showroom at Leemansweg 33D in Arnhem, the Netherlands. There you see how warm the light really is, how large a fixture looks in real life and how the material reacts to daylight. A visit is free and without obligation.

It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

Yes. If nothing suits your room, we make it in the size, colour and finish you want. A wall or floor lamp starts at around €400, a pendant lamp at around €1,200.

On our made-to-measure page you can work out an indicative price yourself with five questions.

Yes. For restaurants, hotels, shops and offices we take care of the complete lighting plan, including installation in the Netherlands and Belgium. Business customers get volume discounts and pay the second half only after completion.
